Conversion of an office building into a hotel
Interior and exterior renovation of a former office building.
On the exterior, the entire envelope was renovated to face up new requirements while preserving the building’s character. To catch the eye, a new entrance with a canopy and a planted area on the 5th floor was created. The two rooftops were converted into shared outdoor spaces. The windows on the 7th floor were enlarged, and a glass balustrade was installed to fully enjoy the view from inside. Inside, we started from the model room designed by the client and developed different versions based on the number of beds and specific constraints. A total of 80 rooms were designed, ranging from 1 to 18 beds. The ground floor and rooftop bar were decorated by Lionel Jadot.
