Construction of a waste management facility and social housing

As part of the Reine-Progrès sustainable neighbourhood contract, construction of a waste management facility for the municipality's Waste Management and Green Spaces Department, and social housing for the Foyer Schaerbeekois. The waste management centre is located on the ground floor and first floor, with a duplex flat occupying the second and third floors. The building meets passive standards for the waste management centre and low-energy standards for the social housing.
