Kroma Hotel
Renovation of a 24-room hotel
The existing hotel was completely renovated in 1990, with only the front façade remaining unchanged.
The project involves extensive renovation of the building to provide higher quality rooms, comply with SIAMU standards and completely redesign the ground floor and mezzanine as communal areas.
As the quality of the previous renovation was rather poor, major structural work had to be carried out in order to make better use of the space. The project involves structural and technical work as well as the entire interior design and decoration.
