Conversion and renovation of the Domaine de Ronchinne into a 79-room hotel and seminar venue

The first phase of renovation in 2009 focused on the château and its annexes. The challenge of the project was to respect the spirit of the place while infusing it with a contemporary touch. The second phase, completed in 2019, involved converting the Orangery into a seminar centre and converting and extending the Maison des Jardiniers to accommodate a large central common area and 35 new rooms. Three rooms were also created in the former pheasantries. The project covered both the architecture and the decoration of the entire complex.
