Conversion and reconstruction of the former theatre conservatory into a hotel

The building, which spans the block from Rue de Stassart to Rue du Berger, has been largely unoccupied for many years.

The project involves renovating the entire building on Rue de Stassart and the central building, preserving all the interesting heritage features, and demolishing the house on Rue du Berger to rebuild a new building.

The project includes 60 multi-bed rooms (a ‘capsule’ hotel), the preservation of the large theatre, the restaurant and a ‘Japanese bath’ on the roof of the second floor.
